Unc2pa.com provides the following core features:

• C2PA Watermark Detection: Identify and analyze C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity) digital watermark metadata in media files
• C2PA Information Display: Visualize content provenance information contained in C2PA watermarks
• C2PA Watermark Removal: Remove C2PA digital watermark metadata from media files
• File Processing: Support uploading and processing of image files (JPEG, PNG, and other formats)

2.2 Service Features

• Processing results are for personal viewing and download only

2.3 Service Limitations

• Single upload file size limit: 10MB (subject to adjustment based on service conditions)
• Supported file formats: JPEG, PNG (may be expanded to video formats in the future)

3. Usage Guidelines

3.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Educational and research purposes
• Personal content management
• Software development and testing
• Processing content you have lawful rights to

3.2 Prohibited Activities

1. Copyright Infringement: Removing C2PA provenance information from others' works to circumvent copyright protection
2. Fraudulent Activities: Removing C2PA information to hide content sources for false advertising or fraud
3. Spreading Misinformation: Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information after removing C2PA identifiers
4. Infringing Others' Rights: Processing content you have no right to use or modify
5. Circumventing Technical Protection Measures: Undermining legitimate content protection mechanisms
6. Commercial Infringement: Using processed content for unauthorized commercial purposes
7. Illegal Activities: Any actions that violate laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
8. Service Abuse: Excessive use, automated batch processing, or otherwise abusing the Service
9. Service Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the normal operation of the Service

3.3 Content Ownership

You warrant that you have lawful rights to all content uploaded to the Service, or have obtained necessary authorization. You are solely responsible for the content processed using the Service and its consequences.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Website Intellectual Property

The Website and all content contained therein (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) are the property of unc2pa.com or its content suppliers and are protected by Chinese and international copyright laws.

4.2 User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. We do not claim any rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to provide the Service (such as necessary technical processing).

Part of the Service's code is released as open source (MIT License). You may use it in accordance with the terms of the open source license. For specific license details, please refer to our code repository.

5.1 Data Processing

• Local Processing: The current version of the Service primarily processes files locally in your browser and does not upload your files to our servers
• No File Storage: We do not store your uploaded files or processed results on our servers
• Temporary Data: Data may be temporarily stored in your browser during processing and is automatically cleared when you close the page

We may collect the following non-personally identifiable information to improve the Service:

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Direct Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unc2pa.com and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
• Data loss or corruption
